Shipping policy
All orders over $500 USD ship with insurance and require a signature upon delivery. If you’re unavailable to sign, the carrier may require a scheduled pickup.
Once an order is in the carrier’s possession, we cannot assume liability for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages, or for returns resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses. If an issue occurs, email us at thefieldedit.store@gmail.com and we will assist in initiating a carrier claim. Refunds or replacements depend on the carrier’s final determination, and required documentation (such as proof of loss or damage) must be provided.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees at delivery. Delays due to customs processing are outside our control, and refused or undeliverable packages may incur return shipping costs.
